I'm Ahmed — 10+ years in software, the last 8 of them in healthcare technology. I lead the engineering, DevOps, and AI teams at TachyHealth in Riyadh, behind a multi-tenant claims platform serving payers and providers across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the US.
I've worked on EMRs, insurance platforms, claims processing, pharmacy systems, and everything in between. Went from writing CRUD apps to architecting a real-time claims and pre-authorization engine that handles 120M+ claims a month.
Three promotions in five years took me from senior engineer to lead to engineering manager, and I now run a 20+ person organisation across three cloud providers in regulated environments.
I still write code most days — I don't think you can lead engineers well if you stop building things yourself.
