I'm Ahmed — I've been building healthcare software since 2017, mostly in .NET and Python. Started as a junior dev in Egypt, now leading tech at TachyHealth in Riyadh.
I've worked on EMRs, insurance platforms, claims processing, pharmacy systems, and everything in between. Went from writing CRUD apps to designing distributed systems that handle millions of transactions.
I still write code most days — I don't think you can lead engineers well if you stop building things yourself.
